The fear-mongers in Washington must be getting desperate when the following “terror alert” is issued (per a Bloomberg news story from last week):

A U.S. Homeland Security Department unit issued an advisory about a potential attack on U.S. financial institutions’ computers, a department spokeswoman said.

But it gets worse…the story goes on to say that “[s]uch attacks [...]
